1. I haven't had any accidents on my board but these things are damn near common sense and people are getting hurt because of Future Motion's negligence.The app functions well enough as an immediate readout of your ride data.

2. Particularly the daily ride streak.when I realized the app couldn't even keep track of how many days a in row I was on the board, I quickly lost faith in any of its other functionality.

3. Also, it's not very clear what the aggressiveness setting actually does.I wasted time trying to figure out how to connect via Bluetooth, then I read all the reviews that say tons of other ppl are experiencing Bluetooth failure as well.

4. FM shuts off the board aperently whe one cell group get below a certain threshold even if the rest of the cell groups have plenty of I to supply the P to the motor.

5. I called customer service, and the dude thought it strange that I was having problems; but apparently, future motion is already knowledgeable of the flaw, and is trying to figure it out.

6. Autoconnect should allow the app to start recording automatically, but I have to select the board first or it will not record.UPDATE 7-17-22:Down to 1 star.

7. However the App has always been full of bugs, they never fix an old issue they just add more buggy features while taking away useful features like individual cell info.

8. (broken bones, lots of lost skin and even death.) There should also be an option to enable simple stop on any board.

9. It would be nice to have features to keep the maps displaying the layer you prefer instead of defaulting back to the dark theme.

10. But, the day streak will randomly restart & I am very disappointed by that, I love riding but I work to keep the steak going & when it's ruined it's heartbreaking.

11. While this app has alerts for wheel slips and certain other conditions, it would be nice if there were speed alerts as well as limits.

1. Fix Onewheel Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Onewheel: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Onewheel App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Onewheel" » Open Onewheel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Onewheel » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Onewheel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Onewheel servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Onewheel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Onewheel app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Onewheel might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Onewheel. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Onewheel then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Onewheel not working

2. Fix Onewheel Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Onewheel be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Onewheel not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Onewheel may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
