AirMini Customer Insights

1. Machine is saved in bluetooth devices, so why isn't the authentication? Expensive brick without full functionality.My old app worked great , now I am forced to download an update that will not allow me to access my data.

2. If I get up during the night for a bathroom break it disconnects from Bluetooth and requires me to reauthenticate, same thing every time I power it on at night.

3. Just an idea, but maybe in the future you can set up a support option where a real person can be contacted through voice or chatConstantly crashes only to restart and crash again.

4. Looking to see if I can just uninstall this app but doesn't seem like there another way to control the device.It is very limiting for the patient not to be able to see more information on their therapy than a daily view.

5. Need a month dashboard and best & worst night with details.I have to change my review as I not only have an app that is crashing all day long and is restarting after it crashed just to crash again.

6. The problem was that it never left the starting pressure of 4.0. Using the app, I turned off the ramp function.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix AirMini Issues

1. Fix AirMini Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart AirMini: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the AirMini App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AirMini" » Open AirMini™ by ResMed » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AirMini » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear AirMini™ by ResMed app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AirMini servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AirMini™ by ResMed" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check AirMini app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AirMini might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall AirMini. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AirMini then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AirMini not working


2. Fix AirMini Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AirMini be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AirMini not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AirMini may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
