1. Where this app really shines is the swipe gestures and macros.This is great..... When it works, the free version that you can upgrade to pro got an update in April that fixes a crash on Galaxy S9 but the paid pro version never did.

1. Restart Smart IR Remote: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart IR Remote App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart IR Remote" » Open Smart IR Remote - AnyMote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart IR Remote » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart IR Remote - AnyMote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart IR Remote servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart IR Remote - AnyMote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart IR Remote app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart IR Remote might not work.
