1. What makes this app so great is that it has a feature that lets you try many models of TV or appliance's remote settings to find which one is the correct one for you device, where as many of the other apps that use my IR Blaster expect me to know which model of appliance I want to control.

2. installed version says 1.0.1 but in play store it says Current Version 1.0.5Wasting the time.... Did you forget to add fastway remote control😫😫 and also Voltas air conditioner.

3. I searched the web for "ASmart Remote" and found NXRsoft was the maker, so then I searched Play Store for anything by NXRsoft and found this.

4. I had a very hard time finding it because it disappeared from the Play Store during my time without a phone.

5. Some public TVs don't have the brand or model printed on the bezel, so you need a way to figure it out by trying to power the TV off with many model's settings.

6. You do need to have an IR Blaster feature in your phone.I downloaded 13 apps with more rating but non helped.

7. If you're sitting in an office where the management has set a public TV to be extremely loud and annoying, right near your desk, this can let you have a better career by lowering the volume.

1. Fix Remote CT Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Remote CT: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Remote CT App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Remote CT" » Open Remote CT - Smart Remote » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Remote CT » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Remote CT - Smart Remote app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Remote CT servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Remote CT - Smart Remote" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Remote CT app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Remote CT might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Remote CT. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Remote CT then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Remote CT not working

2. Fix Remote CT Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Remote CT be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Remote CT not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Remote CT may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
