Hopefully the issues get taken care of because I do really like the concept and navigating the app wasn't complicated other than it repeatedly freezing up which is the only reason I upgraded to 2 *s.When it works, it's fantastic, great way to keep track of what I'm watching & what I want to watch.

4. I installed the app for 1 reason - it sends me notifications every time a movie that I want to see is available to stream on one of my services.

5. The biggest issue is that even tho I show me having certain apps in my settings and movies I have marked to see are playing on that app - it doesn't show up as being available.It constantly freezes up, closed the app several times while in use OR the app shuts down on its own.

1. Fix Reelgood Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Reelgood: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Reelgood App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Reelgood" » Open Reelgood - Streaming Guide » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Reelgood » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Reelgood - Streaming Guide app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Reelgood servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Reelgood - Streaming Guide" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Reelgood app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Reelgood might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Reelgood. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Reelgood then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Reelgood not working

2. Fix Reelgood Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Reelgood be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Reelgood not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Reelgood may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
