1. I had a great experience a few years ago but disappointed now.It has not even been an hour since I downloaded this app and I have already gotten 2 magazine subscriptions! This app is wonderful, I have learned so much about the environment! Sure, there is a limited amount of prizes (I still live the ones they have) but I think that it is more about learning about recycling.I use to go on this site earning points and learning so much about recycling.

2. I dont use the app too often due to getting logged out all the time, but I told a neighbor about it yesterday and went to log in and my app was deleted, I redownload and tried logging in and it tells me my account and points were deleted due to it not being partnered in my area anymore.

3. I had over 14,000 points and now I have 0.I used to really love this app, tons of great info and ideas for upcycling.

4. But once our town stopped using this program, all my points were erased.

5. Used this app for a few years but now: "An unknown error has occurred please try again later." Everytime I try to log in to the past couple weeks.Very disappointed in app.

6. Earning points are really easy & you can earn endless points.

7. I use to love it but now your lucky to get any points because once a blue moon you'll get new points to get.

8. The one that is useful is getting free subscription to first rate magazines.I had this app for years.

9. I was shocked when I saw trash guys empty trash and recycled items at the same time... in the same truck.

11. So what's the point.I have been a member of this site for years, I'd say around 7 years.

1. Fix Recyclebank Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Recyclebank: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Recyclebank App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Recyclebank" » Open Recyclebank » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Recyclebank » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Recyclebank app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Recyclebank servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Recyclebank" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Recyclebank app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Recyclebank might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Recyclebank. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Recyclebank then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Recyclebank not working

2. Fix Recyclebank Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Recyclebank be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Recyclebank not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Recyclebank may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
