1. Though phone call option failed every time, the voice recognition works excellent! It just needs a few tweaks, but now that I figured this out it works great.This app worked great on my HTC phone, but I upgraded to Samsung S9+ and the quality went south... The sound quality of the recording is low, you have turn up the volume to the max to hear your recorded message.

2. :(This worked really well on my earlier phone...after changing my phone to Red mi 6 pro..it has been vimsical..it recorded 2 calls and no more..don't know if app is not compatible to android 8.1..feel bad Arvind The caller's voice is not clear..whereas my voice in the recording is ok, I had to in install mainly Dou to quality of recording in my phone Red mi 6 pro..I don't blame the good app, may be it is not compatible to my phone.

4. Please fix this first!!This app Used to be great! It records call but no sound to hear it! Sound on my phone works for everything else so its not that.

5. I have my phone set on auto record (I double checked my settings) but it records 1 out of 10 telephone conversation.

6. But one day it showed a message that due to forces by Google, it will no longer record outgoing calls in auto mode, and because I can't press the manual button of record every time, I will uninstall it now.

7. Unlike the previous version, the current version does not record the identity of the recipients of out going calls, only recieved calls.

1. Fix RMC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RMC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RMC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RMC" » Open RMC: Android Call Recorder » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RMC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RMC: Android Call Recorder app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RMC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RMC: Android Call Recorder" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RMC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RMC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RMC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RMC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RMC not working

2. Fix RMC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RMC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RMC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RMC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
