When I say a word, it doesn't hear me, so I have to say it multiple times and it still doesn't hear me.The app doesn't always keep up with The reading and doesn't always recognize what is being said.Not free to try and see if money worth! They give free trial at the cost of your bank account informations.
2. No matter what setting I use I can barely hear the words and my child has severe hearing loss so he not hear the words at that setting.I don't ever leave reviews, but as a mom and teacher, this program is awesome.
3. Now he has finally turned the corner with his reading! He is gaining confidence and likes to see the real-time growth and improvement in accuracy and fluency.
4. It doesn't work well on any of them.This app is the worst it's making me hate reading even more.
5. I really want to love this app, but after 3 weeks, we are still having consistent issues with the AI recognizing/hearing many words my child reads.

Morning.
I tried the free trial and decided I did not want to commit. My daughter was using another app for reading that she preferred. I has requested to cancel the subscription and they told me I didn't have one, that I wouldn't be charged going forward. I told them I had registered my credit card and to reconfirm and they did. Now I see that I have been charged monthly since October. Please refund all 4 months of the $9.99 subscription fee. We haven't used it. We removed the app when we "canceled" in September.
Please cancel my subscription- effective immediately!!
