Hope you can fix it soon.Always has informative information about the tapping around the area..Wether it be news or weather or sports...just a great news station and if there is bad weather in the area, they always interrupt the show's to give the latest on where in the state to get prepared.. Thank You for all the hard work you do WSFA team, y'all always seem to work so well together!!The previous version of this app was much better.

2. Terrible app.Although it looks ok, it is dreadfully deficient in performance! For example, when selecting a story to read, the page loads up, a than viola, it's gone and a blank screen takes its place.

3. After getting to the page to read the info, the page goes away, leaving a blank screen ( gray) and the local news was no longer accessible.

4. Even accessing the app , to read the news that I receive alerts for , was easily and clearly frustrating .

5. Older version much better, more streamlined, this version is a mess.This app has terrible issues with loading after clicking on notifications.

6. I despise the pop up " dear Android user your a winner" ads that you can't clear from the screen.

7. Half the time I'm unable to find the article from the push notification I receive.

8. I used to use app during severe weather and it is almost useless in that regard now because of the horrible UX.This " UPDATED " App was far from easy and clear to use.

9. Your app developers have shown no effort to improve the performance or correct issues that plague its performance.

10. This is assuming you can get past the full page ads that take you completely out of the story you are reading.

11. But when you play ads with sounds when i am trying to read your report is just to much.

1. Fix WSFA 12 News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WSFA 12 News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WSFA 12 News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WSFA 12 News" » Open WSFA 12 News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WSFA 12 News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WSFA 12 News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WSFA 12 News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WSFA 12 News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WSFA 12 News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WSFA 12 News might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WSFA 12 News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WSFA 12 News then reinstall.
