RandoChat Customer Insights
1. Clearly the devs don't care about neither the app nor the user experience, but just a very quick cash grab before most people inevitably quit after a few hours.It was really great at first but now I'm pretty sure my messages aren't sending.
2. That being said the app is well built and for the most part there are great people hereOne tap chat is a very nice option in this app.

7. But despite that you can find some cool, fun people on there if your willing to spend an hour searching.It works but the adds are to much.
8. You want to search? Nope, watch this unskippable ad first...oh, but the ad is in three sections so you have to go through each one.
9. If it had group chats and a little more user friendly stuff it has the potential to be an awesome high end app.Too many ads, ads run too long, the ads pop up too frequent.
10. It's overall a great app but I've been experiencing the app repeatedly loading for a long time.
11. No good reason to be greedy for a very subpar app.I first reviews this app in August of 2020.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RandoChat Issues
1. Fix RandoChat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart RandoChat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the RandoChat App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RandoChat" » Open RandoChat - Chat roulette » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RandoChat » click "UPDATE".
- Clear RandoChat - Chat roulette app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RandoChat servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RandoChat - Chat roulette" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check RandoChat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RandoChat might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall RandoChat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RandoChat then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RandoChat not working
2. Fix RandoChat Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RandoChat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RandoChat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RandoChat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
