3. Why it does need an access to my photos and videos!.⠀I installed the app now and the default language was Arabic, so I navigated to the language setting to set the language to English.

4. If application stopped working please try to clear cache and data until a better version is released.All the radis station is amazing and useful.

5. After the last update it's not working at all unfortunately on Samsung galaxy 9 and so many other phones as well .

11. baarakallaahu fiikum.Very bad service, the app keeps crushing all time and if it worked the sound stops, you guys messed it up!!!!!needs Storage permission(Access Photos and videos) even if I don't need to record any channel, please allow opening the app without Storage permissions and when the user ask to record in this case ask for permission.For some reason it stopped working! Evertine I open the app it closes itself can you update it please.

1. Fix Quran Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quran Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quran Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quran Radio" » Open Quran Radio - اذاعات القران » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quran Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quran Radio - اذاعات القران app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quran Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quran Radio - اذاعات القران" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quran Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quran Radio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quran Radio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quran Radio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quran Radio not working

2. Fix Quran Radio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quran Radio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quran Radio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quran Radio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
