1. I live 40 miles north of ft Wayne and I prefer to get my news from a ft Wayne station rather than S.Bend. your news anchors are funny when they can be but serious when they should be.Updated Weather page no longer shows current temp, hourly or extended forecasts.

1. Fix 21Alive News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 21Alive News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 21Alive News App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "21Alive News" » Open 21Alive News » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 21Alive News » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 21Alive News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 21Alive News servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "21Alive News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 21Alive News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 21Alive News might not work.
