It has been a week and im still unable to open the app.Ok so I downloaded this app based on one of the restaurants request I filled all the information and registered After that if you click on anywhere on your screen it will logout then you have to login since you can't book a table if not logged in so you keep going back and forth in this endless stupid developer loop !Poorly optimised and crashes upon launch and it wasn't updated for months.

2. Beside the the trashy UI/UX, I log in 10 times and every time it tells me that I have to login.Could you please, fix your app!! It keeps asking for log in and I tried many times for three days, also I tried to register but it was useless too !!!!Terrible app, cannot go back to find the queue while i'm already in line.Everytime I look at a restaurant the app logs me out, you need to work on your app more.

3. This is one of the most worst apps I ever had to use..... Besides the frequent crashes, sometime I am unable to see the options or I'm unable to navigate within the app..... Also sometimes the apps prevents me from making any bookings in restaurants that I'm required to book.

4. Absolutely useless.The app keeps crashing once it launches from the last update on 5th-Sep for all Android users and works only with ios users, kindly fix the bug in the new update ASAP.

1. Fix ReQueue App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ReQueue App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ReQueue App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ReQueue App" » Open ReQueue App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ReQueue App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ReQueue App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ReQueue App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ReQueue App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ReQueue App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ReQueue App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ReQueue App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ReQueue App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ReQueue App not working

2. Fix ReQueue App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ReQueue App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ReQueue App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ReQueue App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
