QLess Customer Insights

1. now it says it needs the current version of the software to work I need to update the software but I've updated the software several times and it just keeps on going into a you need to update the software loopI absolutely loved this app.

2. The app sometimes doesn't find anything for locations either.Quit working after "Current Version is Outdated, click Update link" message.

3. Total waste of time app until they update to include all options!!! 😡 If you want to make your wait longer this is the app!So, I installed the app, and then it kept telling me "No locations available" or something.

Searching doesnt work at all either, for starters it's very prone to crashing, but also it searches based on popularity and characters, so you can put whatever school in you want University of Texas will always appear first, and you have to wait for the other 113 results to appear before anything can happen.have used in the past without any issues.

5. I was able to request more time when I received a text that they called my name already when the app said I had about 35 minutes and was 8 th in line.

6. I went from first time line to 11th because they didn't have my name( even though there is no ability to add a name in app, and then to 16th because GPS was showing me not in the office even though I was.

7. When opened it says the version is outdated, and to update, but there are no updates in the Play store.

8. It's nice when it does work, but sometimes the options for drivers licensing or vehicle licensing won't appear.

9. However, still get "needs update" click the update link.

10. So the timing was off but I was able to click "request more time" and waited only about 10 minutes when I got to the DMV.

11. Did not update in real time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QLess Issues

1. Fix QLess Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart QLess: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the QLess App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QLess" » Open QLess - Queuing Software » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QLess » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear QLess - Queuing Software app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QLess servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QLess - Queuing Software" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check QLess app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QLess might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall QLess. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QLess then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QLess not working


2. Fix QLess Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QLess be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QLess not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QLess may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
