1. On top of that, I can't seem to find a way to leave feedback, or review past orders and receipts, plus it also seems like either the store I'm going to doesn't offer desserts, or the option is missing in the order window, but a cookie or a brownie is the first rewards offered.
2. Second, this was the first time that I tried using a favorite an order and it ended up getting sent to a different location.
3. So until that is amended, I recommend just going there in person then using using the app for points.Ever since they "upgraded" their system, I haven't been able to get rewards for orders, have to always checkout as "guest".
4. First, it's not easy to favorite an order...you have to catch the option after ordering and can't see previous orders to favorite them later.
5. I'm nit picking at that point, but seeing the reward and not being able to find an option to order them really peeved me lolYour app is lacking.

7. :( It should not prompt me every single time I open the home page if I want to turn on location services.
8. It's a shame bc I'd prolly order more often if it wasn't such a bad experience with the website and app.This Bizarre App will not allow me to log in so I can't look at my points or place an order.
9. Update: after I went into my settings and cleared my data and my cache, the app worked! And then after a few days it was a blank white screen again and I had to do the process over again.
10. It should cache the options maybe once a day, but instead it loads it every time the screen comes up, even when coming back to that screen from selecting a reward one.
11. Functionally, it still feels like a beta, where locations are not as intuitive and orders can be sent to the wrong place based on where they were saved as a favorite.
