1. This is super frustrating, especially when I'm trying to reorder an previous order with a few changes and I just wanted to make sure I got all the right toppings.This isn't the worst ordering app I've used.

2. I click re-order on my previous order and then I get a little pencil button to edit it.

3. While it's slightly more clear when ordering, after the upgrade my favorites and my order history are now gone.

4. Should be simple enough as to what happens next right? You should be sent to the screen where you customize your pizza and then see the previous selections and can modify if desired - unfortunately you get a blank slate like it's a new pizza and have to start over.

6. You'd have more luck just calling it in.You really need to fix the "reorder" functionality so that it's easier to make changes to an old order before placing the order.

7. New favorites cannot be named which really makes that function way less useful if not virtually useless...I did figure out how to change the location when reordering which I never did figure out in the old app.

8. I would really like to see an order history feature (unless there is one already, I haven't found it so it'd be nice if it were more accessible).

9. Choosing a favorite store doesn't seem to do anything, since you still have to search for a store when you order something.

10. Also, the app restarts or at least deletes an order in progress when switching to split screen mode.

1. Fix MOD Pizza Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MOD Pizza: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MOD Pizza App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MOD Pizza" » Open MOD Pizza » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MOD Pizza » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MOD Pizza app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MOD Pizza servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MOD Pizza" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MOD Pizza app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MOD Pizza might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MOD Pizza. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MOD Pizza then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MOD Pizza not working

2. Fix MOD Pizza Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MOD Pizza be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MOD Pizza not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MOD Pizza may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
