1. Many great additions and always improving to add more.I remember using this app a lot when I was younger with the very first kit, but coming back to it I think it is a bit ridiculous that anyone who didn't make an account back then now has to pay 20 bucks to make anything, even if they have an older kit that didn't come with any sort of activation code.

2. 0/10I'm a returning user and I think that is unfair how you have to pay because back in 2016 it was better without having to pay 5 a month total to 60 dollars a year if monthly and then 20 for year.i have the kit and everything from 2016 here are the numbers on the board 0158D02 and FFB15 I didn't sign up for acount back then because I didn't need it.

3. I would rate better if it either wasn't so expensive or if you just needed to scan your board to prove you have a kit to make a free account.I found this like three years ago at a stem camp, and I absolutely loved it.

4. I was cleaning out my loft today when I found an old bloxels kit I had, which inspired me to install the game again.

1. Fix Bloxels Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bloxels: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bloxels App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bloxels" » Open Bloxels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bloxels » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bloxels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bloxels servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bloxels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bloxels app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bloxels might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bloxels. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bloxels then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bloxels not working

2. Fix Bloxels Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bloxels be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bloxels not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bloxels may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
