Needs a lot of work to improve it.They are the most unreasonable masters in this app, i had 2 experience with them and both were unsuccessful, first was about my kitchen hood which they came and changed the motor and after 2 month it broke again and second one it was a water leak which they came to find out where is the exact location of leak and the master wasn't succeed, but both time they received all their money with only 48 hours warranty, its ridiculous, a new motor for a hood only 48 hours warranty...I had a very unpleasant experience with this app and their master.

2. there is no system first to discuss with either master or the support services whether required service is something they are able to provide, but automatically accepting the service, charging fully and later may claim that chosen service is not what it was supposed to be and charge you cancelation fee.App won't let me pay with any credit card - keeps asking me to select payment method and then it doesn't process the payment.

3. Application is fine but service is horrible, they have no clear names of the services and what those services may mean is interpreted as it suites them.

4. So I contacted support team but they responded that I created my task in the wrong category and took 15 gel as a compensation for the consultation which I never received.

5. Support is unresponsive as you mentioned, I've been waiting 10 minutes for a reply when i asked if i will recieve a bill.Won't allow me to register my phone number.

7. Keeps saying it is invalid.Interesting idea, but totally buggy app with horrible incompetent masters.

1. Fix Profy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Profy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Profy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Profy" » Open Profy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Profy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Profy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Profy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Profy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Profy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Profy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Profy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Profy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Profy not working

2. Fix Profy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Profy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Profy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Profy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
