1. Fix ManageApps (App Manager) Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ManageApps (App Manager): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ManageApps (App Manager) App. Here is how:
