Why should I report an Issue with PageFlip - Web Comic Viewer?

1. There's a browsing history feature, which shows you the URL of the last comics you've read, but you can't do anything with it (seriously, why can't we click on it to go back to a previous comic?).

2. Additionally, the viewing history button never works, and makes the comic I'm looking at break until I close and reload the app.This was my go to for comics.

3. I have to read the comic in landscape orientation.On the positive side, there are lots of comics available for viewing.

4. The comic will fail to load, and if I try to read it using the browser option it will show the migrating comic instead.

9. I love the simplicity of the UI, but the "swipe-up to jump to next comic" feature drives me crazy.

11. All your comics in one place, and no ads or unnecessary fluff! I would even be willing to pay a few dollars to assist development if it meant getting a bit more polish and custom settings.It works OK.

1. Fix PageFlip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PageFlip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PageFlip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PageFlip" » Open PageFlip - Web Comic Viewer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PageFlip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PageFlip - Web Comic Viewer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PageFlip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PageFlip - Web Comic Viewer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PageFlip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PageFlip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PageFlip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PageFlip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PageFlip not working

2. Fix PageFlip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PageFlip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PageFlip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PageFlip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
