Why should I report an Issue with Tapas – Comics and Novels?

1. They have a wide range selection and the artwork on every comic I've read so far is absolutely stunning.Tapas has one of the best art styles, and though finding your reads are complicated, the stories are worth it and the different stories and varieties are perfect.

2. It does buggout randomly when you try to read the next chapter/ episode, and it does sometimes show in some stories when you go down too fast it will show like there are 20 episodes even though their are more in the story.

3. The only bothersome thing is the time it takes to read a comic without paying since you'll have to wait a bit but that isn't much of a issue considering you're constantly able to get ink(In app currency) by doing minimal tasks or nothing at all.

4. It's a really good experience for people who love both comics and novels.ty tapas!The main issue I truly have with this app is offline downloading.

5. I would love to support so many of the artists and authors on site, but tapas make it so difficult.The comics on here are good but I noticed that the browse by genre option is very limited.

6. I usually read a lot comics at the same time, which makes waiting for three hours much easier.

7. There is no 'quick' download option, as you have to individually click each episode to be able to read offline.

8. I'd prefer a system where you can keep scrolling down to see more, because right now, its very hard to find new comics without knowing about them beforehand and searching them by nameI really like it, but since the change of WUF permanent unlock, waiting is so frustrating.

9. I'd love a quick access icon on the main bar.Truly my favorite place to read comments.

10. The app has also been glitching and it closes out the app while I'm reading.As far as actual app functionality goes, this seems to work better than their competitor's app on my older, slower tablet.

11. You can easily earn ink and a lot of stories come with the ability to access episodes with just waiting for three hours.

1. Fix Tapas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tapas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tapas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tapas" » Open Tapas – Comics and Novels » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tapas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tapas – Comics and Novels app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tapas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tapas – Comics and Novels" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tapas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tapas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tapas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tapas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tapas not working

2. Fix Tapas Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tapas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tapas not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tapas may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
