Why should I report an Issue with WEBTOON?

1. This app is by far great I've used it for a good amount of time now and I enjoy it! It is easy to search for stuff, they also have a lot of genres to choose from! They have so many choices I could read all day!! It does suck if you binge read then you finish it and have to wait a week or something for another chapter though.Honestly, I really liked the app, but I absolutely hate daily pass.

2. If all ongoing stories go on daily pass, I'll delete the app completely.I still love this app very much but I hate the daily pass, as others have said we wait months and months for a new chapter to start and we should be able to catch up what we haven't seen yet.

3. I would love to have all the stories I have finished in a separate place from my active reading list.I like the comics, but I dont like that many series that I start randomly get transformed to some other version.

4. ( If at any point their was a way to go to webtoons origan, Spain, Spanish, or other exclusive webtoons,my score would probably change)This is by far my favorite comic app!! I usually binge read and I do a lot of my reading on here.

5. If you're going to have both ads and early access for single webtoon series thats unfinished than there's no need to make it a daily pass on top of the other two.

6. Series are getting added to daily pass that aren't even completed yet which is completely ruining the experience.

1. Fix WEBTOON Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WEBTOON: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WEBTOON App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WEBTOON" » Open WEBTOON » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WEBTOON » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WEBTOON app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WEBTOON servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WEBTOON" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WEBTOON app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WEBTOON might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WEBTOON. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WEBTOON then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WEBTOON not working

2. Fix WEBTOON Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WEBTOON be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WEBTOON not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WEBTOON may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
