Why should I report an Issue with NETCOMICS - Webtoon & Manga?

I feel bad for you writers who put their work on this app because Netcomics is doing a disservice to them.This app is good because this comic have so many new RELEASES COMIC I LIKE IT I WILL GIVE THIS APP 5 STAR THANKS FOR YOUR HARD WORKING NETCOMICWas working fine, but then it suddenly wouldn't allow me to access anything.

2. It's very outdated and buggy, seeing as the last version was released last year.Ok. Some of the comics are good, but there are no options to earn viewing them; like watching ads or playing games or filling out surveys.

3. Not an issue with other comic apps.I downloaded this app a while back and it was fine.

4. I have downloaded this app twice and I can't even open it, Everytime I try to open this app it turns white and it will and there so please fix it I haven't even gotten the chance to no what it contains.Downloaded it only for Ice Lamp.

5. And their wait for free? You still have to pay to rent! Plus, when I read, I like to zoom in to appreciate the drawings, but I can't even do that.

6. Seriously, take exemple on Tapas and Kakao Page.The content is great and the prices are fair but I can't even log in on the app.

7. The log in button is greyed out, and the only way other way to sign in is via Facebook which I DON'T want to do.

10. You have to pay 0.25$ if you want to rent a chapter and 0.50$ if you want to buy one.

11. Why is that?!?Not expensive! You can rent or buy the chapters which cost between 0.25 and 0.45 USD.

1. Fix NETCOMICS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NETCOMICS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NETCOMICS App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NETCOMICS" » Open NETCOMICS - Webtoon & Manga » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NETCOMICS » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NETCOMICS - Webtoon & Manga app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NETCOMICS servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NETCOMICS - Webtoon & Manga" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NETCOMICS app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NETCOMICS might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NETCOMICS. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NETCOMICS then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NETCOMICS not working

2. Fix NETCOMICS Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NETCOMICS be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NETCOMICS not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NETCOMICS may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
