Why should I report an Issue with izneo: Read Manga and Comics?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of izneo to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. A disappointing app.The subscription offers access to a large catalogue with a good variety of interesting comics for a fair price! There's also a trial period to try it out! The app has had some recent updates as I understand it and works great for me, so long as I pre-download the comic.

2. Often pages do not load, or even full books, even for comics that have been downloaded! Only reason I got it was to be able to read comics I bought in a humble bundle, else I would have stayed far away from it.The reader itself is fine, but the app really needs some quality of life improvements.

Also app suddenly reverted to French with no obvious way to change it.Was a great app, but since the chance to French, it's go as e downhill the assortment is not as good anymore If I wasn't dependent on this to read, the comics already have i would get rid of itNo longer will offer other languages than French.

4. The team are very responsive and helped me with a technical problem.Ten years (10!) after its creation, this app is STILL unable to offer full screen reading in landscape mode; the status bar remaining no matter what.

5. I guess that helps, but the app is simply not a good experience.Only available in french, which restricts my access to my bought for content.

6. The mode where you can move from one cell to the next is pretty great in the app! You can also access the comics through the web on your phone.

7. There is no option to sort the library of downloaded books other than by keyword.

8. Resuming a collection from the library puts you at the start in offline mode, not where you were actually up to.

9. Unfortunately I've never before used an app that so often fails during a download or fails to simply load a comic book without downloading it.

10. Not clear pricing: one has to click to see the price, which even multiplies the slowness (see point above).

1. Fix izneo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart izneo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the izneo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "izneo" » Open izneo: Read Manga and Comics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for izneo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear izneo: Read Manga and Comics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from izneo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "izneo: Read Manga and Comics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check izneo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, izneo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall izneo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall izneo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing izneo not working

2. Fix izneo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make izneo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to izneo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, izneo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
