1. Essentially you will have two accounts for points, one received from store/text message and then this app that tracks points from online orders only.The app is going to another app of Primo's! And than you have to sign in again, and after that, all hell breaks loose, you don't know if it even placed the order! I had to go into the store and place my order.
2. And what is the point of having to go back in to add reward points?? And then it doesn't respond anyway.... It's just easier to order and wait in person at the store.
3. My rewards points that I earned starting my account aren't being recognized, which is the reason I downloaded the app in the first place.
4. Someone should be fired for this atrocity.Strangely, the app gives you the total number of points you've ever earned, including points that have already been used towards a reward.
5. Pre-paid in-app order reward points have to be entered manually from the paper receipt, and rarely get accepted.
6. Not impressed.App does not synch with points earned from the Point of Sale system in store.
7. Does not recognize reward points using my phone number.
8. Tried to use as soon as I set up account to order dinner and wouldn't let me sign in with the account I just created.
9. I'd rather just know my total number of useful points.Ignored all the negative reviews and downloaded.
10. When using the correct combination, it still does not authenticate correctly (and I know it's not a typo as I'm using a password app).
11. Keeps saying error can't find account .So how do you expect me to set up an account.
