Why should I report an Issue with Vieka: Music Video Editor&Edit?

1. Anyways, I do like the edits so I'm going to keep the app just incase.It's a very good app I just suggest that you should add a feature where you can make pictures appear for a shorter time.

2. Also, most edits are for premium or following you on Instagram and is way to much of the templates.This app uses a lot of good templates and the videos turn out great... When you export them.

3. The layout is extremely simple, and normally that's a good thing, but it's so simple I can't find anything- (if that makes sense) overall, it's a good app, but not very "do it yourself"Ok, the amount of ads on this app is absolutely ridiculous.

4. I get that you need the money but don't the money come from the membership? Why so much ads?This app is kinda good and all..it's just the amount of ads.

5. Sometimes when I am using a template and I click on it, it gets me no ads, but most of the time it doesn't happen.

6. When I download the font it works, but when I try to add a new text, and I click the same font, it won't change the font.

7. An ad for a new exclusive edit, an ad for using a regular template, etc.

8. Honestly it's pretty ridiculous of the amount of advertisement.This app is cool, but I dislike it because you cant do what you want.

9. You also can't make scenes below .8 seconds, nor can you change the speed on the entire video, which is very annoying for YouTubers.

10. I'm also rating it four stars because I can't change the font.

1. Fix Vieka Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Vieka: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vieka App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vieka" » Open Vieka: Music Video Editor&Edit » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vieka » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vieka: Music Video Editor&Edit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vieka servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Vieka: Music Video Editor&Edit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Vieka app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Vieka might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Vieka. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Vieka then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Vieka not working

2. Fix Vieka Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Vieka be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Vieka not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Vieka may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
