1. There's a timer counting down your fasting time, and a timer counting down your eating time which is something no other apps do! But it only gets three stars from me because the whole reason I wanted this app was because I wanted to be notified when my fasting starts or ends.
2. There used to be a button which says "Start Fasting" and now the buttons says "Stop Eating".
3. I like the manual mode which gives me the flexibility to start and stop fasting.
4. THANK YOU.Hoping that this app will update so that you have the option to start your fasting window when you close your feasting window and vice versa.

6. Lacks a simple 'Start'/'Stop' button for a custom fast (just a timer) without having to go through a schedule (listing a scheduled end time).
7. You can track water intake and weight loss and easily compare weight loss to fasting length on the same screen.
8. It has information about intermittent fasting for beginners, it's customizable, gives option to expirt your record of past fasting and more.
9. "Start Fasting" = something great I'm doing for my body.
10. I can set my goal by deciding I want to do an 18 hr fast and it tells me when to stop fasting.
11. Also, most fasting apps are subscription based.
