1. New doctor have no clinic so they can't have patients via this app.After completing all formalities, not getting even a single online consultation from practo team, very disappointed .I tried to report issue in app but seems this option is not available to me , VERY DISAPPOINTED.Had good experience with their technical team.
2. No dedicated Doctors support numbers available; local representatives behave busier than CEO..on top of it members keep changing frequently.Have been a practo user for over ten years.
3. I particularly like the reminder emails of practo which make patients realise that they need to see the doctor.No customer support.
4. You persistent effort in overcoming the technical issues involved is highly commendable.Practo has made it very easy to communicate with patients and between staff and doctor.
5. Can see a future where we will be treating patients for free for practo.Thanks a lot Mr Swasthik for trouble shooting very difficult issue regarding my app working.
6. I am struggling to operate it and the company people are not giving any support.Very poor experience And very bad treatment to doctors from support staff.
7. Secondly, the response time to complaints and technical support has increased from a few hours to few days to few weeks now.
8. PS -I must mention practo has put in place a very responsive customer service.
9. To make it worst they have pathetic Customer care support.
10. Over the years complexity added..however basic features such as updating profile itself does not work seamlessly.
11. There is no response from the customer support.
