1. A great app but useless now.Everything is good but Practo mobile app not working properly multiple time i uninstall and install this app but issue is same, Unfortunately I going to uninstall this app, and i request and suggestion please focus on you mobile application check the issue and resolve on priority why working slow when wifi speed 200 Mbps, please work for application tum fast even slow internet, not internet high and app run very very slow, thank youAwesome application...i started using the corporate facility from today and its smooth and user friendly.

Like screen is not moving to the page where I can see doctor and call him.The app claims to allow downloading of medical bills in the medical records section; but, in order to do that, it needs Storage permission, which (surprise, surprise!!) does NOT exist in the settings for this app! Thus, effectively, I'm unable to download my medical bills.

3. Great interface, intuitive UI, Easy to use and has made getting medical help So much easier without the travel, the waits, as well as the problems of needing medical help on a weekend.

4. You guys are useless.Earlier version was better, I logged in to Practo and couldn't find one simple search option.

5. I see only two options- instant video consultation and medicinesThe doctor did not show up for the appointment.

6. No option to search for doctors and book appointment.

7. Even with the chat functionality, they force you to select from provided options, and there is no option for doctor not showing up.

8. What a time waste and traumatizing experience when one is already sick and trying to get an appointment.

9. Booking gets cancelled last minute without your notice.It left me a bad experience would never recommend to anyone elseBefore uninstalling wanted to let you know the reason.

1. Fix Practo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Practo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Practo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Practo" » Open Practo: Doctor Appointment App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Practo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Practo: Doctor Appointment App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Practo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Practo: Doctor Appointment App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Practo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Practo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Practo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Practo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Practo not working

2. Fix Practo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Practo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Practo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Practo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
