1. Disappointing at bestIf you read the manual it is very accurate, at 20 yards it was only off by 3" but you have to have your device set to the correct height in order to get the closet measurements... WORKS GREAT FOR FREE, THANKS...It works decently enough.
2. For accurate results don't change the position of the camera after taking a shot for the distance, then slowly tilt the camera until it focuses on the top of the subject to get the height.Downloaded this despite the reviews bad idea.
3. Just measure the actual lens height from your feet up to the holding level or height pointing down to the base of the distance you want to measure. This app looks way cooler than it works.
4. The people who left poor reviews probably did not set it up properly and were too lazy to read the manual.I was lucky enough to have visual distance markers and set the camera height and distance to that.
5. Yargage will fluctuate, for example I set my target at 20 yards, the distance reading was fluctuating between 23 and 29 yards consistently, so I use the lowest distance measurement as it was accurate within 3 yards.
6. The camera height was set to give me the 60 yard marker distance and I kept that while at my 3D archery shoot.
7. I mean it has its moments where it could be accurate but overall it's grossly off of what the distance is it's measuringI validated measurement through distance meter and I found out the accuracy is almost perfect.
8. It literally shows that if I put my hand in front of the camera it's eight feet away & somehow my living room is a million feet across.
9. After that everything I point at it tells me is a million yards or a million feet away.
10. Set camera height to highest setting.
11. works great wanna try it with a monocular and write another review.
