Thanks!The worst experience, it changes to Portuguese I get tons of mails and notifications for a single small divice that sometimes workIt seems that the server crashes very often and I can't access my smart lamp several timesThe app could already have voice command so I wouldn't have to need to use Alexa or google assistantIt's a friendly and smooth app with many options to operate Positivo's lamp.

2. I can't configure my rgb lamps, I've tried countless times and both ways in the app and it doesn't workI was given a Positivo smart plug and it works very nicely! The app is user-friendly and the device is pretty responsive.

3. I can't believe i can't read in my native language (Spanish)It is useful I like but It would be great if you can play forward (like x2 or x4) the repetitions.

1. Restart Positivo Casa Inteligente: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Positivo Casa Inteligente App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Positivo Casa Inteligente" » Open Positivo Casa Inteligente » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Positivo Casa Inteligente » click "UPDATE".
