1. Polaroid doesn't seem to care much about it at this point which is a shame considering i like the camera itself.i have own this camera and app for over 1 year, and noticed that over time, the response is getting slower and slower, it doesnt link to phone effectively, you cant link the two devices via bluetooth, which means you cant really live stream unless you are ready to pay for it via the more expensive mobile data option.

2. the facebook integration for live stream doesnt work, you click and nothing happens and the view finder doesnt work on the phone so it doesnt show what your camera sees when you link it to your phone.

3. And trying to edit the pictures and videos from this app is absolutely a pain!!!! Files download to phone or PC extremely slow, the little cube camera itself actually heats up too !the camera itself is great but the accompanying app is super trash.

4. you cant see what you are shooting on screen, the wifi connection drops out all the time when trying to download what you have caught, even though its saying the phone is connected.

5. I can no longer view the viewfinder through my phone and I have lots of issues trying to view and download photos and videos.

6. I have an older Android phone so the viewfinder does work, sometimes.

7. Not a stellar premier for this box.Three stars because it does generally work but it's slow, clunky, glitchy, and it likes to crash any time you try to do anything.

8. video playback is garbage when you olay what you recorded it lags, but when you save the video the video app on your phone plays it fine.

9. After updating my Samsung S9, the app no longer displays what the camera is seeing.

10. When I went to Polaroid's support page, the page keeps automatically redirecting me to garbage advertising sites.

11. I have also never been able to edit videos in the app like it's supposed to do.Got this from a friend that didn't want it any more.

1. Fix Polaroid CUBE+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Polaroid CUBE+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Polaroid CUBE+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Polaroid CUBE+" » Open Polaroid CUBE+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Polaroid CUBE+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Polaroid CUBE+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Polaroid CUBE+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Polaroid CUBE+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Polaroid CUBE+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Polaroid CUBE+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Polaroid CUBE+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Polaroid CUBE+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Polaroid CUBE+ not working

2. Fix Polaroid CUBE+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Polaroid CUBE+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Polaroid CUBE+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Polaroid CUBE+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
