1. however i do think it helped me pass because I saw where my weaknesses were and studied more.Progress not being saved...Subscribed to the "Ultimate" tier and yet when i try to contact support from within the app, it requests me to log in...while im logged in?!!! 1. Restart LEED GA Pocket Prep: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LEED GA Pocket Prep App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEED GA Pocket Prep" » Open LEED GA Pocket Prep » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEED GA Pocket Prep » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LEED GA Pocket Prep app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEED GA Pocket Prep servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEED GA Pocket Prep" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LEED GA Pocket Prep app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEED GA Pocket Prep might not work.
