KPRC 2 Storm Tracker Weather Customer Insights

1. Not sure how accurate it is all the time when radar shows no rain over me and it pouring outside.Update sucks! I used to love the old layout and used to love the radar, but now it is terrible! I liked how it used to open to a nice big radar and now you have to go through extra steps and it is tiny.

2. Hurricane app, tracker, settings, notifications etc... I have live radar too plus future cast.

3. Please fix!One MAJOR issue - any time there are alerts like "Street flooding possible...rainfall 2 inches/hr near some creek you can't find on Google Maps", the 10-day is unusable because I have to scroll through HUNDREDS of those alerts to see past today.

4. Lastly, waaaay too many notifications! Save it for the important information! I don't need 10 notifications a day telling me it is a beautiful day!Having the same trouble as others.

5. Wish radar had a slider so we didn't have to watch the whole loop.

6. But those aren't a big deal.Wow! New design is so much better! Thanks! Having map view instead of satellite view on the radar is a big improvement.

7. KPRC fix this!!Wish the notifications had choices, so you could receive warnings only for tornadoes, severe thunderstorms with hail, etc.

8. You cannot turn off notifications, there are no settings! I don't need notifications general of forcasts.

9. If you click on another map option such as temperatures you get stuck on that map no matter which option you choose.I don't see how this app is not good from all the negative feedback I have read.

10. I like the opening interface with the current weather summary at the top and then the scroll-down for more varied and detailed info.

11. They are not 5 min long! I even have my favorite cities marked so I get alerts from my kids college towns.
