1. Disappointing.Would be great if it included the ability to recenter the view - for 180/360 vr videos, the default centering just doesn't work well and without the ability to recenter, they're unwatchable in Plex VR.Can't access local content as of the latest update, which is the only time I use this app (on a plane without internet access).

We need a solution to the "blue ring problem"!!! impossible to watch movies in VR without a controller as blue ring pointer doesn't disappear! downloaded plex vr especially for the "watch together" functionality and PAID for TWO plex accounts, only to have a blue ring hovering over the playback.

3. It no longer see it, even though on the uninstalled same device I am able it access my server via remote access, AND watch media in that server via PLEX with the regular app.

4. I realize app development is hard, just got to say bring a Plex Plass holder, and feeling that Plex is such a substantial app right now I would hope the bugs would get fixed and worked out a lot more quickly than they are getting done now.Extremely limited in functionality.

5. Skybox (another VR viewing app) has great functionality for this, so please take a look and perhaps a page from their playbook.As of SEP 2018, remote access is garbage.

1. Fix Plex VR Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plex VR: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plex VR App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plex VR" » Open Plex VR » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plex VR » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plex VR app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plex VR servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plex VR" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plex VR app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plex VR might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plex VR. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plex VR then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plex VR not working

2. Fix Plex VR Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plex VR be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plex VR not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plex VR may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
