1. Hopefully it'll get fixed soon :)Use to be a great app till HP bought them out and turned it into Poly app... now it's useless! Upsate: mostly useless...it is now compatible with the Legend however... the tone it sends to find the earpiece is at such a high pitch only a dog could hear it unless you are 2 foot away... the old app sent out a lower pitch and much louder tone.

2. Also doesn't send a signal to headset or blocks settings when headset is in a charging caseEdit: Poly seems to have listened and added support for the Legend headset.

3. I still have it along with its battery case, as I haven't found a suitable replacement, but I am trying out other headset that can be used across both android and iPhone.Tile app integration has found my headset numerous times in situations where it would have otherwise been completely lost.

4. Please fix, or I am gone.Initially app was not supporting Voyager Legend, but they read my review & included Voyager Legend in supported devices! Cannot be happier :) Thanks.

5. Update 3/17/23- So bummed that since it's no longer Planitronics and has updated, my Voyager Edge is no longer supported with this app! Customer support confirmed it's no longer a compatible app since my bluetooth's too old.

6. PLEASE go back to that tone... and as far as the map location...it is useless it jumps all over the place even when it's right in front of me.With the update it made my headset itself as the edge is not supported any more.

7. HATE the new app - I am trying to get it to 'see' that my legend is connected, and on the list of devices supported - Legend is not there.

8. Update: Thank you for adding support for Legend devices.

9. Feature is THE most important feature to me since it finds my phone WAY more reliably than the Poly "find my phone" feature.

10. This doesn't support my Voyager Legend.

11. App is basically only minimally useful!As others have said, being able to remotely turn on a lost headset is a no-brainer.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Poly Lens Issues

1. Fix Poly Lens Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Poly Lens: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Poly Lens App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Poly Lens" » Open Poly Lens » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Poly Lens » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Poly Lens app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Poly Lens servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Poly Lens" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Poly Lens app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Poly Lens might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Poly Lens. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Poly Lens then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Poly Lens not working


2. Fix Poly Lens Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Poly Lens be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Poly Lens not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Poly Lens may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
