1. Any idiot can do that, and a photo editor with text adding feature failed.could have been a great app but you can't undo many edits and you can't save you work to come back to it.

2. so you lose a bunch of time waiting for ads to disappear in order to complete your projects.Absolutely horrible! Every time I save a picture, it stretches the picture out!! Why??? Also, before the update, I could always save it in PNG format, but not anymore! Now you need to upgrade to the "PRO" version in order to do that.

3. love all the features in this app! just a couple qualms: a tutorial would have been nice, it took me a lot of trial and error to figure things out, and many times I lost all my progress with no warning or way to retrieve it.

4. I'm an expert with other photo editing software like Sai and Photoshop, but this was the most awful app I've ever used to attempt to simply add colorful text to a photo.

5. There is no text telling you what options do, so you end up just clicking on random icons trying to figure it out.

1. Fix Texty Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Texty: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Texty App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Texty" » Open Texty - Text on Photo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Texty » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Texty - Text on Photo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Texty servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Texty - Text on Photo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Texty app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Texty might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Texty. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Texty then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Texty not working

2. Fix Texty Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Texty be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Texty not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Texty may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
