Why should I report an Issue with People Search by PeopleLooker?

They never match the correct phone numbers or even the email addresses I don't know if the paid version works better but don't waste your time with this oneUm well the app has a lot of information on a lot of people in the world....I honestly think that it should be taken down due to the fact that if the wrong people like a criminal or someone stalking someone else uses this app then it could be bad news for whoever finds out where that person lives and what their contact info is...criminals and stalkers could use this app to find people and make threats to them....The best app ever.

2. How is it that every other app has more info on their limited free info than you do after I pay for it.Has been my "go to" for a couple years now, both free and paid, but when someone gets a bit greedy I get gone.(as of this last update) Taking away free features and re-assigning them to paid only, and then jamming "pop-ups for paid" over the basic search page so you can't escape them is rude as well.

3. Mixes same name strangers' info with yours, wth, even the phone codes are incorrect! Sorry but BYELove this app it literally knows everybody lol, i only wish it would cost a little less each month for the more detailed info, but that's me being a tight *$$ with$$ the free version stays on any device i own simply because i can literally find ANYONE IVE EVER LOOKED FOR through these guys.

4. Why would they need to do this? Uninstalled before I even got my first result, which was to find my dead brother's old address to drive by and see how it's changed.Most of the phone numbers and email addresses included in a people search do not belong to the person you search for Gave this appn another try.

5. There are only a couple differences - one is a green bordered app, the other is purple, and Been Verified gives WAAAYYY better results on employment while People Finders gives the same amount of way better aliases.

6. Just wish free version allowed a little more info about email/phone# searches.

7. Also note that the info when you do get a free search off is now so inaccurate as to be worthless.

8. I'm able to enter a name, etc, and the app gives options for selection, but will not provide info once chosen.

9. Otherwise best app on the market for a free app and hands down 2nd to none with a paid subscription.

10. And the name it listed was the right name along with the couple of things that were right to let you decide if that's the right report you want.

1. Fix People Search Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart People Search: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the People Search App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "People Search" » Open People Search by PeopleLooker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for People Search » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear People Search by PeopleLooker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from People Search servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "People Search by PeopleLooker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check People Search app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, People Search might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall People Search. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall People Search then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing People Search not working

2. Fix People Search Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make People Search be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to People Search not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, People Search may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
