I need help renewing my pro account. I cannot log in, the app is refusing but without logging In, I cannot renew.

I already done subscription on my penzu account to penzu PRO but my account still didnt upgrade yet

I have had a Penzu account for years. I pay monthly for pro. I tried to log on today and I’m being told that my account expired. I looked into my subscriptions and it is not expired. I don’t know why I can’t get in to my journal and would very much like to.

The challenge is, after this was deactivated, I am no longer able to log into my penzu using my previous email address.

Hello, I recently wrote an entry and for some reason that I can't understand, it's not showing the recent version. I can't go back and restore the version that I know is the correct, but it's asking me to pay the PRO+ service.
I think is very unfair since I have been using the app once in a while and I'm not planning to pay for a service I'm not gonna use.
As far as I know, the free version is enough for what I do in the app. But, I didn't knew it was possible to loose your information and not be able to get it back. I took so long to write the latest entry and I was planning to post it as an article. And now, I lost more than half of it.

What can I do?

(Proof of this is that the weight of the entry I can view is 3.65 KB while the one I just finished earlier was 8.91 KB) That version is definitely the right one.

I have paid for 3 yrs of Penzu and cannot get into my account. My email and password are correct and they make me go through a lot of verification...which I do and still cannot get into my dairy.

Hello - My ex-husband hacked into my account. Now that our divorce is final, I need a list of the login dates/times for my account from January 2020 to August 25, 2020. I believe it was deleted around August 24/25th. How can I get this information? Because my email was hacked, my new email is loregphoto@redacted. Please advise.

I need help with changing my journal password, i was unable to change password as it seems encrypted and i dont hv any option of changing it. I unfortunately dont remember my new password.. Please help me recover my account, its a sincere request.

I paid for Penzu Pro for a long time until I fell out of the routine of journaling and couldn't afford to continue to pay monthly for something that I wasn't using. I very much would love to keep all of my past entries although when I log in it only gives me the option to renew. I thought there was a free version as well but when I click the tab to change my plan there is no free version offered, there is only the option to renew Pro or purchase Penzu Premium. Also my email address has changed and after I log in and try to update my email address it immediately kicks me out and I have to log back in only to repeat the viscous cycle. There is no option for me to contact Penzu support anywhere either. I paid for Penzu Pro for over a year and feel that I should be giving the option to contact support for help.

I got a "Time capsule" email from Penzu with one of my old entries, but when I try to log in or reset password, it says that there is no account under that e-mail adress.

Hello, my Penzu was downgraded to the free version, and it seems that one of my journals was deleted. I am extremely frustrated and hope to be able to get it back.

I had to install pro+ feature just to retrieve my file which I deleted but i still cannot locate the “trash” feature so that I can recover it please help it’s so important i lost all my data of years and years

I was having trouble with the app so I upgraded to pro and now it is even worse on the app and on the website

First issue is I added a few diaries to my account for about $5 a month. I had no idea I would have to continue to pay that each month. I didn't get a warning about it. 2nd issue it's like my account doesn't exist anymore I can't log into get what I wrote off of the account

I am thinking of upgrading to the Pro version. But what is holding me back is I cannot pick up Penzu on my MacBook only on iPad. Is that correct?

PENZU, something terrible happened and you might receive these messages often. Although I do NOT remember deleting my main journal that I have invested in for five years (I have a few exported PDF’s fortunately) it is no longer in my archive. Is there ANY possible way to retrieve this information?

Hello, Penzu support team.I would like to report an issue, regarding the privacy of my entries. I am not able to open my journal and the page does not mention the reason for this issue but shows "sorry for the inconvenience" I have tried restarting it many times but the journal is not accessible... Please do something as soon as possible as this does not seem right.regards

Hello- I might have signed up with the wrong email and I cannot log into my account. If someone can please reach out to me via email, I would be grateful.

I cannot access my Penzu pro account from either my phone, laptop, or iPad. The response is that I need to upgrade my subscription, which I did on 7/2/21. The previous emails show that one auto renewal was cancelled, but I renewed for 2 years on 7/2. I uninstalled then reinstalled the Penzu app.

When I try to get into Penzu it says my account has expired, and I need to renew it. I can’t see how to do that.

Hi team. I was using my Penzu App this morning, but suddenly it wanted me to sign in. I used my email, which you still use me to remind me to write in my Journal (free one) but it says the email address is incorrect. This is not possible as you are contacting me through it.

I typed 2 journal entries that showed they automatically saved as I went along. I finished them and started a new entry, went back later to look at them and there is nothing saved!!!! Both entries were over 1000 words and I don't really want to have to type them again!!! Is there anyway to recover it???

I paid for Penzu Pro for a years subscription in Oct 2020. I downgraded to free account today as I did not want to be charged for a pro account upon renewal, but believed I would still be able to use the Pro features until the end of my year as paid for. However my account has been returned to a basic account and it appears I have lost 3 months of my years subscription. As I am now back on a basic plan could I please be refunded a pro-rata portion of my yearly subscription for teh three months I have lost.

I did not want to renew my subscription however no one said you would delete my journals. One is very important to me & is gone??

I have a problem logging into my account in Penzu. I switched my phone recently and couldn’t login on my new phone because it said
that no account was found with that email address. But I do get regular emails from Penzu on this email reminding me to use the app. I thought that the reason might have been that I hadn’t logged out from my old phone, so I did that. Now I have no longer access to my multiple important notes to me because it keeps saying there’s no account registered with my emails address. I hope you can help me solve the problem!

I created my penzu account back in 2007. It was fine and easy to access up until 2019. I hadn't signed in for a few months but when I did it didn't recognize my password.
