Why should I report an Issue with Facts: Did you know??

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

1. I've changed it from 1star to 4star in support for the developersToo many ads, 5 out of 12 categories are free(have to deal with ads though), for the rest of the more interesting categories like Human, Food, Life Hacks, Psychology, etc you've to buy the pack and lastly the user interface is the worst of all the things.every 5th fact is an ads of something very stupid..i downloaded this to learn something new every day, but looking at it like this right now, i dont like it at all and plus you have to pay for premium version of an appGreat app and the premium version without ads is simply amazing ! No distractions!ALL of the Did You Know apps are beyond awesome!!! I read the listed facts in each of those apps, and keep my faves installed.

It's a very cool app and informative..but I think if you add pictures under the facts it will be more fun and catchy 😉 I also recommend to add things like "strange but fact" it will be mind blowing and will add a value to the app.. Great job so far keep it up..👏👏I have 6 apps in my android of the earlier "Did You Know" series, most from around 2016 or 2017, and they have NO ads in them, and have very unique facts that are awesomely interesting; they are never repeated within their own apps, and are not seen in other creator's facts apps.

1. Fix Facts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Facts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Facts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Facts" » Open Facts: Did you know? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Facts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Facts: Did you know? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Facts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Facts: Did you know?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Facts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Facts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Facts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Facts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Facts not working

2. Fix Facts Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Facts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Facts not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Facts may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
