1. The option to briefly read the bare bones in addition to the ability to follow a link to a full article is fantastic.First off, the facts are very interesting & I love the way you can either dismiss or take a deeper dive if it's interesting.

2. It may have to go soon, I travel allot, and need quick access in an emergency, and this has no option to do that.I love this app!! Has some really interesting facts and a wide variety.

1. Fix Ultimate Facts Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ultimate Facts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ultimate Facts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ultimate Facts" » Open Ultimate Facts - Did You Know? » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ultimate Facts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ultimate Facts - Did You Know? app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ultimate Facts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ultimate Facts - Did You Know?" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ultimate Facts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ultimate Facts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ultimate Facts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ultimate Facts then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ultimate Facts not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ultimate Facts be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
