1. Also, there should be an option to not insert line breaks, would make it easier when copy pasting a body of text not OT have to manually take out all the line breaks.I love this app! Very simple.

2. There is a choice to save either as a text or PDF.Works great but would like to be able to scan more than one page at a time.

3. Was expecting the option to crop the photo and make adjustments to the photo before capturing text.

4. There's a workaround - take a simple mobile photo of one side of the column, crop any extra bits out and load image into the app {option provided).

5. 👉 The only downside is that it's not easy to pick a picture from file - the navigation is plain vanilla and pretty much restrictive considering I can't go into a desired folder to pick a file.

6. But majority of fonts types I've found it will recognize and convert it to text for you.

7. But then it takes another minute per page to convert individual photos which adds up to about a half hour converting 1 20pg manual.

8. If you're looking for an app that is good at OCR (optical character recognition) I believe this one is well worth your money.Have been using the app for a few weeks.

9. I haven't figured out how to take multiple pictures of items(for inventory) and send it all as one text.

10. Read a comment that you cannot scan multiple pages, only one at a time.

1. Fix Text Scanner [OCR] Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Text Scanner [OCR]: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Text Scanner [OCR] App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Text Scanner [OCR]" » Open Text Scanner [OCR] » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Text Scanner [OCR] » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Text Scanner [OCR] app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Text Scanner [OCR] servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Text Scanner [OCR]" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Text Scanner [OCR] app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Text Scanner [OCR] might not work.
