1. unlike the cafe-"spanish river" where if you visit on the right days, your rewards add up fast (up to 20%-25% in some cases) and are an easy scan at checkout, huhot app is a "give your number to your waiter and hope it works right" model.

2. Love HuHot and will still use the app for the occasional free drink or whatever, but as somebody who isn't in the restaurant all the time, the rewards are going to take way too long to build.You can't redeem rewards through the app.

3. I couldn't order a lunch before 11:15 unless i set to pick up after 11:30.App hasn't been able to place orders for going on half a year - more than enough time for the developers to know there's an issue and crank out a fix.

1. Fix HuHot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HuHot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HuHot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HuHot" » Open HuHot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HuHot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HuHot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HuHot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HuHot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HuHot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HuHot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HuHot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HuHot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HuHot not working

2. Fix HuHot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HuHot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HuHot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HuHot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
