ParentsKit Customer Insights

1. It doesn't give you a detailed report as advertised, all it gives is time online and time offline.

2. Ridiculous if you ask me.Absolutely disappointed, having installed without any hesitation after seeing an advert, l thought it actually shows the numbers of the mostly chatted with but the app is far worse than any other app l have ever installed.

3. Just time on it seems like.This is total foolishness it's not useful at all I was with the phone that I am tracking and it was going off indicating false and misleading information.

4. !! Something really wrong and might cause problems.You should have given people the first free trial in order for them to get fully detailed about your apps features and what it does.

5. Only shows online-offline status which might be inaccurate too as Android gives you the possibility to reply to whatsApp messages without opening the app.

6. This is criminal.Very weird, and not as described, I got someone online for 2 hours, where actually the phone is off and I can see it in front of me, so how would I trust that all other activities are correct.

7. Last time I paid, it took my money and bye, it said I have to subscribe again so more money.

8. It doesn't show the numbers of the people the person has been talking to.

9. Please don't waste your time installing it.

10. From start time, activity length, and end time.

11. What a waste of time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ParentsKit Issues

1. Fix ParentsKit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ParentsKit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ParentsKit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParentsKit" » Open ParentsKit » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParentsKit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ParentsKit app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParentsKit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParentsKit" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ParentsKit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParentsKit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ParentsKit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParentsKit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParentsKit not working


2. Fix ParentsKit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParentsKit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParentsKit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParentsKit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I want to cancel my subscription to ParentsKit. I have tried several times to cancel my subscription yesterday, and even deactivated my account on Zotlo pay, to no avail. Instead, 50¢ was taken off already.

    My ParentsKit account does not even appear in the Subscription Menu of Google Play. So that I could not even delete my ParentsKit Account from there.
