Good luck trying to log back on.Is this an information grabber , because it only worked in 2022 for like a month when I started to fill the booklet inside it froze could only use when it sent me notification of someone wanting to trade now it doesn't work at all ever I've tried 5 different devices and phones what is going on my little girls is devastated we have lost our old ones now this atleast make children application work it's not rocket scienceSuddenly the app stopped working.

2. I was using it through my GooglePlay account but that is no longer an option to sign in... Can the Devs help or did I just waste a year of my life on this app? Update: I tried to eMail support for the app and it was undeliverable "Remote Access was not Configured Right" Not happy with right now!!App keeps crashing after setting up account.

3. However, when I opened I wasn't able to log in with my Google accountThe drag and drop digital stickers does not work! It doesn't matter where in the bottom right corner you put it, it does not "stick".

1. Fix MyPanini Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyPanini: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyPanini App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyPanini" » Open MyPanini™ Digital Collection » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyPanini » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyPanini™ Digital Collection app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyPanini servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyPanini™ Digital Collection" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyPanini app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyPanini might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyPanini. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyPanini then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyPanini not working

2. Fix MyPanini Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyPanini be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyPanini not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyPanini may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
