The app is a bit clunky in user experience, can't imagine we'll be using it and will stick (no pin intended) with the book.App easy enough to use but doesn't have the latest Premier League season cards (that have been out for many months!), can't even share or download your created card and they've put a big logo over your pic, full thing is a locked down money grab whilst acquiring your personal details.

2. Why does it require this access if only want to track album checklist? Also, don't have Serbia as Country.The thieves are happy enough with extortionate costs per sticker and selling your personal info.

3. Someone else should do this app for free.You took off many good things for the customers, I wanted to keep creating my own teams, but thanks to you idiots, I cannot continue with that.

4. Panini strategy is so wrong.Ordered sticker (for a birthday present) a month ago and not received.

5. In addition, be aware that local newsstand are removing legends from heavier packs and selling them with higher prices.

6. Would give 0 stars if could.Most important, app doesn't work without access permission to the gallery and camera/mic.

7. I chose a golden baller background and none of the stat options said 100 on each stat and 300 in total because a golden baller always has those stats.

8. Cannot work out how to contact via the app so guess I've lost money.

9. Shocked at the price £9.90 for 10 stickers (who needs 10 of the same sticker??) so we will have fun making our own on the pc.

10. Panini is terrible in it's way to handle clients.Absolutely Nothing wrong with it! No Problems.

1. Fix MyPanini Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyPanini: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyPanini App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyPanini" » Open MyPanini™ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyPanini » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyPanini™ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyPanini servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyPanini™" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyPanini app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyPanini might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyPanini. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyPanini then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyPanini not working

2. Fix MyPanini Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyPanini be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyPanini not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyPanini may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
