1. Bad job!Went to scan it, but keeps on saying no match found USELESSThe scanning for Minecraft cards doesn't work at all (good lighting, no shadows or reflections, still finds nothing) and on the manual add cards list the card names and numbers are all wrong.

1. Fix Panini Collectors Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Panini Collectors: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Panini Collectors App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Panini Collectors" » Open Panini Collectors » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Panini Collectors » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Panini Collectors app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Panini Collectors servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Panini Collectors" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Panini Collectors app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Panini Collectors might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Panini Collectors. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Panini Collectors then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Panini Collectors not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Panini Collectors be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
