1. The Start Order button at the bottom of the first app screen doesn't work.

2. Once the order was placed, unable to view it, can't check the orders, also doesn't give an individual total per person within the order so very difficult to give everyone their individual totals.

3. You have to use the start order button on the menu options displayed, then navigate out of it if you want to order something else.

4. Another note, after I select a saved address, it takes a few seconds to pull up the next screen, and if you click again while waiting, it backs out of the location info screen.App is easy to navigate, very easy to customize and choose what you want.

5. I would have to delete the items from the cart and re-add them so that the order can process.Not impressed with this app - created a Group Order and found that the link only works on the web (won't open in the app).

6. Ex: charged lemonade says it's $0.00 when I add to order, but when I go to checkout, it charges me the full price and says I can't redeem my free drink for it.

7. It seems to work okay, but there is no delivery tracking feature after you've placed an order.

8. Very disappointing.Normally, it's a pretty good experience, but the recent update is causing glitches with Sip Club redemptions for drinks that say they qualify (& DO!), but then can't be discounted when you check out.

9. I can't even pull up the order I just placed to check when it should arrive.

11. I tried to send an email to the developer email listed in the Play Store about the issue, and surprise, the email bounced back as undeliverable.The app stopped working for me, and hasn't worked for about a year now.

1. Fix Panera Bread Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Panera Bread: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Panera Bread App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Panera Bread" » Open Panera Bread » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Panera Bread » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Panera Bread app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Panera Bread servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Panera Bread" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Panera Bread app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Panera Bread might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Panera Bread. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Panera Bread then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Panera Bread not working

2. Fix Panera Bread Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Panera Bread be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Panera Bread not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Panera Bread may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
