Why should I report an Issue with Paltalk: Chat with Strangers?

My name is Mandy and I'm proudly a Paltalk addict 😅Don't Subscrip with Paltalk app they will take your money and no way to cancel ❗ 3 months i try my best to cancel but they laying and don't want to .. there is only one thing you do just cancel your visa 👍 They are scamer ☝🏼❌I couldn't login again I tryed to uninstall Paltalk and install it again but didn't work.

2. Use the PC version instead.Went to open a room; was greeted with a blast of music at full volume, even though my phone volume was almost silent.

3. Room attendees list is not strictly in alphabetical order, priority given to color nics or those with gifts; ridiculous! This is just to mention a few only.This app is an afterthought.

4. Deleted cache, Uninstalled/reinstalled app, tried logging in from different isps, nothing worked.I installed Paltalk this Saturday.

5. Paltalk rocks!!! Thank you guys for your commendable service and attention to getting the problem resolved asap.

6. The app kicks you out of a chat room within seconds if you switch apps to see a new email message, for example, and then logs you out altogether.

7. I couldn't enter any room, all my chat disappeared, my profile info.

8. The app version will not stay signed in and connected, and does not give notifications of any kind if you have private messages going.

9. An apps volume should NEVER override phone settings.

10. Not being able to delete my account is deliberate, manipulative, and an inexcusable violation of privacy.

1. Fix Paltalk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Paltalk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Paltalk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Paltalk" » Open Paltalk: Chat with Strangers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Paltalk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Paltalk: Chat with Strangers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Paltalk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Paltalk: Chat with Strangers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Paltalk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Paltalk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Paltalk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Paltalk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Paltalk not working

2. Fix Paltalk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Paltalk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Paltalk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Paltalk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
