Guess camfrog programmers don't check their updates before releasing them, my Android version is lollipop version five and this program was working fine before the latest update or two.I have been a user of Camfrog for 14 yrs or more and I'm finding with each upgrade you do the worse the program gets.

2. It is very annoying because I would like to see all my friends move instead of being on frozen pictures! I would give you five star rating if you hadnt recently upgraded because I had less people freezing on camera!Opened and displayed a free trial.

3. So much for free (but true it did not debit- still u don't need my pay details for a free trial.). Music started blaring and a cam kept flashing through channels , could not turn it off or close the window so I u installed the whole thing.

8. Update: I decided to cancel my subscription after live rooms were removed.it was actually a very good venue to meet and talk to different people without casting yourself.

1. Fix Camfrog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Camfrog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Camfrog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Camfrog" » Open Camfrog: Video Chat Strangers » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Camfrog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Camfrog: Video Chat Strangers app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Camfrog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Camfrog: Video Chat Strangers" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Camfrog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Camfrog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Camfrog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Camfrog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Camfrog not working

2. Fix Camfrog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Camfrog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Camfrog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Camfrog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
